Concrete actions for a sustainable development
The care we put into creating our products is the same that guides us in carrying out actions to protect the environment and people. For this reason, years ago and among the first in the yarns industry, we developed the program GOING GREEN for Sustainable Fashion.
Going Green covers all the key areas of sustainability: Social Responsibility, Chemical Risk Management, Traceability, Environmental Sustainability and is based on concrete actions, such as the commitment to reduce the presence of harmful chemicals in fabrics and garments.
Traceability
Our production processes are fully tracked from the entry of raw materials to the sale of the final product, to offer complete transparency and support the customer in requests for information.
This allows us to guarantee the conformity of our yarns to the most demanding requirements of international regulations and to our customers’ personalized specifications. For most of our collections, we also guarantee compliance with the Chinese regulation GB18401.
Our product certifications also include the MATERIALS 4sustainability® Protocol that gives us a personalised map, for each raw material, of the sustainable products used. Annual reporting shows our actual progress and allows us to have a key element for defining our future goals.
Sustainability Report
Employees, customers, suppliers, territory, environment and community are the subjects with which we interact every day and for which we aim for sustainable development. We feel strong responsibility towards them. For this reason, every year we publish our Sustainability Report.
